Great Customer Service I came to Steve Landers Kia to get my oil changed and have my 7500 mile check. I was met at my car by someone who lead me in to the service counter. I came to Steve Landers Kia to get my oil changed and have my 7500 mile check. I was met at my car by someone who lead me in to the service counter. I was impressed that everyone had on masks! The service desk advisor, Richard Nelson, was very nice and explained everything they would do and the cost. While I waited in the waiting area I noticed that everything was super clean and spaced out for social distancing. When my car was ready, Richard came out to get me and explained everything that was done on my car and took me to the checkout window. The lady at the checkout was very nice. I will definitely be coming back for all of my service needs on my car! More
