I brought my 2023 Silverado into service for a leak; after getting a diagnosis of a leaking valve cover and I was told the part was on back order and no end in sight. From there I was told that it was l after getting a diagnosis of a leaking valve cover and I was told the part was on back order and no end in sight. From there I was told that it was leaking over the exhaust manifold, and it would be better if I left the vehicle. So, I did, for over a month. After that month went by and still no part, I called multiple dealerships looking for the part that was supposably not available. It took me 5 minutes to find it. It doesn't end there, today I found out that Chevy denied my claim for reimbursement because this dealership and Jason Sharp told Chevrolet that I was capable of taking my vehicle home when I was actually told it would be better to leave it at the dealership. STAY AWAY. If you need warranty work, oil change, or ANYTHING that has to do with service. Go to another GM dealer. More

!-15-25 I arrrived at your service dept at about 10AM. I had a sound coming from the rear end of my 2014 Chev. Impala. I told Brandon Dyer about it and he told me it might be two weeks before they could g had a sound coming from the rear end of my 2014 Chev. Impala. I told Brandon Dyer about it and he told me it might be two weeks before they could get to it. I explaned to him of a greet need I had. He asked me to hold on and he went into the garage and came back with his head mechanic. He took me for a test ride and thought the same thing I did. Brandon then retured to the shop and when he came back he asked if I had time right then to have it done. Ofcourse I said yes. It is now 11AM.. He arranged for a ride home formy wife and told me it would be ready by 2PM. I decided to wait. I got amessage that it would not be ready a 2PM. I got itback at 2:15 PM fixed (Left real wheel bearing). I am sure that Brandon went far above what he had to do and I am so appreciative and thank him so much. If all your employees are this good I can see why you are so bust. More
