Service Center Dissatisfaction I brought my 4 Runner for a routine oil and filter change. After waiting for over an hour and fifteen minutes I went to the service department to see I brought my 4 Runner for a routine oil and filter change. After waiting for over an hour and fifteen minutes I went to the service department to see what was taking so long. My car was sitting there ready to go. The service guys were having a smoke break. My paperwork was not ready. The man said another lady must have gotten my paper work. He apologized and said he had went to the waiting room and called my name. I was in there the whole time. He did come through and was calling someone else's name but not mine. Attention to detail and customers. More

Best Customer Service in the Maintenance Department I bought a car from here in 2014 and a car from Bill Penney Toyota in Huntsville the same day. The quality of service in Fayetteville is 100 times bet I bought a car from here in 2014 and a car from Bill Penney Toyota in Huntsville the same day. The quality of service in Fayetteville is 100 times better than in Huntsville. Huntsville Toyota dealership made me feel like a #, instead of a customer. Their Salesmen and Managers reminded me of the "jocks" from high school that never amounted to anything yet they still think they're better than everyone else; while at the Fayetteville Toyota, it was a guy that was so laid back and relaxed and their managers were super friendly and full of smiles. It REALLY makes all the difference to a customer when they feel welcomed. In regards to the service department, Bill Penney couldn't get my window tint right, I had to have them redo it three times, and even had to go above the managers head to get it fixed. I despise that dealership. The Service Department in Fayetteville however, I feel like I'm taking my vehicle to my brother to fix, as the guy who's always there has a great personality and super friendly. Couldn't ask for anyone better! More
