Get It in writing I decided to used Landers Toyota for a tune up I had called around and they offered the best quote. My work was supposed to be $127.95. It took around an hour longer than the time quoted and the bill was for $157.74. I had not brought in the quote that I was given over the phone, so I thought I must have misunderstood on the phone and was embarrassed to question it at the time. When I got home, I retrieved the quote and it was the $127.95.. Next time I need repairs, I wil lrequest the estimate to be in writing. Your sales man,"Doc", was kind enough to show me around in the sales lot and showed me several suv's and the van. I appreciated his knowledge and showing me what is available as I am considering a purchase in the near future. More

Forgot a part. I took my car in for my oil change and tire rotation. They notified me that I need the cabin air filter changed, which was done. But when I picked up I took my car in for my oil change and tire rotation. They notified me that I need the cabin air filter changed, which was done. But when I picked up my car there was the filter cover that goes in the back of the glove compartment, laying on the floor board of my car. I had to figure out what it was and empty my glove box and put cover back on. Other than that I had good service. More
