Top notch from start to finish! I had an issue with my brakes, but didn't have an appointment. so just took a chance on bringing my Highlander in. I offered to leave it overnight wi I had an issue with my brakes, but didn't have an appointment. so just took a chance on bringing my Highlander in. I offered to leave it overnight with the service dept if they couldn't get to it. They not only got me in, but finished the job that same day and I picked it back up that evening.
