They did not wash my car as I thought they would after service. You were able to supply the battery for my Lexus hybrid and cross switch my tires but Chris needs to know more about hybrids location of b service. We took our highlander in for a factory recall and when they were done they gave us our vehicle back with the dashboard lite up. The dashboard told us to take it to the dealer. I mean no one saw this after they were done they gave us our vehicle back with the dashboard lite up. The dashboard told us to take it to the dealer. I mean no one saw this after they finished working on the vehicle or as they were driving it to the waiting area? So we had to wait a couple more days to finally get everything fixed. The lady who work at the counter (Tyler) she did fine. My complaint is with the mechanics and the shuttle person, not sure what you call the gentleman who brings the vehicles back. At some point just pay attention to the dashboard. More
