2018 Highlander Service 20,000 mile service. Good service with no problems found. However, when I left and got up to 15 mph, I heard a clicking noise that I had not hear 20,000 mile service. Seth was my service adviser and he immediately and took my car back to the shop to have it checked out. The problem was a screw had gotten stuck in the tread area of one of my tires but the screw had not actually damaged the tire. Outstanding job. Thanks Seth. Job Well Done. . More
