Lack of communication Had a wiring harness replaced (on a Friday) and the tech broke the windshield. Went to pick it up and saw the windshield. I understand it happens and was ok after dealer agreed to replace it. Called a week later (on Thursday) after not hearing anything from dealer and was told it would be the next week (on Tuesday). Confirmed twice in text that if i brought it in at 8 I could pick it up at 1. Called at 2pm on Tuesday and was told they were just setting the glass, then told it would be ready in :30 minutes. Originally told it took 3 to 4 hours for glue to dry. Communication was nil. Seems like more attention should have been paid to this repair since the dealer broke the windshield and I was inconvenienced being without a car because of their mistake. Will start going to Fayetteville Toyota from now on for service on my two Toyota cars. Overall the service department seems to be over worked. Customers standing around waiting on someone to help them even though some workers at the desks have no one in front of them. Must be overwhelmed with computer work. More

Smile w/ Service Brought Sienna in for it's 60, 000 mile service and the tech found an major issue with the transmission but it was covered under the lifetime powertra Brought Sienna in for it's 60, 000 mile service and the tech found an major issue with the transmission but it was covered under the lifetime powertrain warranty I have. It took 6 days to be repaired but it saved me $6000.00 in repair costs. Drew kept me apprised of the progress and status while the repair was being made and was easy to work with. Happy with service.
