On top of their game From the time I dropped my vehicle off at 7:15am, the dealership was buzzing - likely a rolling 10 vehicles coming in for various reasons, ALL of them From the time I dropped my vehicle off at 7:15am, the dealership was buzzing - likely a rolling 10 vehicles coming in for various reasons, ALL of them being greeted and checked in like clockwork. The shuttle was so prompt, I didn’t get to finish my donut and coffee. I received periodic text messages throughout the morning regarding my vehicle’s progress and literally 11 minutes after I received confirmation of the shuttle, I was on my way back to the dealership to get my vehicle. And then they apologized for being so busy. I’m not easily impressed, but days like this is the primary reason I am on my third vehicle from this location. More
