Service I called to set up a service appointment and didn’t realize the person scheduled me at a location about three hours from where I live. When I arrived I called to set up a service appointment and didn’t realize the person scheduled me at a location about three hours from where I live. When I arrived at my local dealership, where I purchased the Tacoma, Seth Snyder greeted me with a big smile. I told him my appointment was @ 7:20 am but the name given to me to go to when I arrived was not on any of the desks. That’s when he pulled up my appointment told me what had happened but not to worry. He proceeded to sign me in and get it started. He was very nice. I was only there maybe 30 minutes (I expected an hour at least knowing I was extra work for them). Appreciate Seth so much. I’ll be calling him directly for my next appointment. More
