When a rock hit my grill sensor, they researched the issue and found where Toyota had had other customers with the same problem. They fixed the problem and Toyota paid the bill saving me $550. Every time I take my car in for service, they check for recalls or other issues and fix any problems without my asking. My car is kept in top condition at reasonable cost. Great and courteous service with polite service writers. My only complaint is that there are no female service writers with a desk. The only female service writer works in a corner as an afterthought. A very male centered dealership overall, especially the sales department. My husband even commented on the sales department. As a woman, I am not comfortable with the sales department. I did not work with the only service person on the list, but the software forces me to choose someone from the list even if the people I worked with are not listed. More

Then they hooked it up to the computer to only tell me that the part wouldn’t be covered under warranty. Then charged me 118 dollars for a diagnostic fee... I took it to them because of my warranty. I bought it there and get my oil changed there. You would think they could have showed a little mercy on that. Highway robbery. Will not recommend or go back More
