Door Repair Brought vehicle in at 7AM & received a shuttle at 7:30AM. Received call/text and email that car was fixed around 9:30AM. Shuttle arrived at my work Brought vehicle in at 7AM & received a shuttle at 7:30AM. Received call/text and email that car was fixed around 9:30AM. Shuttle arrived at my work and able to pick up car at 10:30AM. Overall, the process took 3.5 hours. My advisor, Seth was very courteous and my extended warranty covered the part/labor. I got When it comes to Service Excellence, Landers Toyota wrote the book. I had 120,000 mile service done on my FJ Cruiser with a front-end alignment. I got there in the morning and they were ready to go. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with donuts and coffee or assorted drinks. I was given a list of the work to be done and an estimate of what it would cost. The brake inspection showed I needed new front brakes. They had started to grind so that didn't surprise me. I was told how much that would cost, including tax. There were also 3 recalls, 2 minor and 1 pretty labor intensive that they were required to do, at no cost to me. Since I would be there a while, I was offered a vehicle in case I needed to go eat. When the job was done, FJ had a good wash, the bill was true to the estimate and I was on my way with a 4 page detailed list of what had been done. I will ALWAYS go to Landers Toyota for my FJs needs. Toyotas ROCK! More
