I have always found the Lander’s folk to be personable and helpful. A week or so ago, for example I had my 2008 Solara in for routine service … oil change and lubrication … but was told by the young man and helpful. A week or so ago, for example I had my 2008 Solara in for routine service … oil change and lubrication … but was told by the young man out in front of the shop beside my car that I might want to “flip flop” my tires by putting my rear tires with still deep tread on the front. And, obviously, the more worn tires on the rear. I have now had that flip flip done and am grateful to that fellow for having advised me of the issue. Now, I just wish I knew his name! More

My tires needed replaced In 1 1/2 yrs , 15k miles. I had Firestone warranty but it was not honored bc I was told that my alignment was not checked or charted on one? 5k mile check. I did bring my highlander In for each 5k to Toyota, so I’m not sure why that was not done. I did ask Tyson to have a manager call me and I never received a call. More

Landers was fantastic working my car in same day on the weekend when it died. They were quick to give me updates and keep me informed the whole time. They were able to fix my vehicle same day, which reduce weekend when it died. They were quick to give me updates and keep me informed the whole time. They were able to fix my vehicle same day, which reduced the costs of my rental car. I would recommend anyone to Landers! More
