No notification I have always had my 2016 4Runner serviced at Landers Toyota and every time get great service. Although recently I scheduled a 45k mile service by pho I have always had my 2016 4Runner serviced at Landers Toyota and every time get great service. Although recently I scheduled a 45k mile service by phone and was told that it might take up to 2 hours since they were going to check my differential. So I made the appointment for 11:30 and just planned to have my wife come pick me up for lunch. I dropped my vehicle off at 11:00 and was told that they would call me when it was finished - I returned around noon, knowing that I may have to wait a bit, which was no problem. I sat and worked on my laptop for awhile and realized that it was 2:00 and that my name had not been called nor had I received a phone call. So I went to check on the status and the CSR told me that it was finished and that he had called and left a voicemail. I did not have a missed call nor a voicemail. Not sure if they just forgot about me, but I suspect if I had not gone up there, I may still be sitting there. Usually really great service, however since I get one of these surveys every time I go in, I thought that I would leave some constructive criticism. More

Trusted Service My Camry was suddenly reluctant to start. I was pretty sure it needed a new battery, as it still had the original after seven years of hard use, and My Camry was suddenly reluctant to start. I was pretty sure it needed a new battery, as it still had the original after seven years of hard use, and took it in to the dealer instead of just going with the local quickie option. So glad I did! yes, the battery did need to be replaced (no surprise there), but they also discovered a bolt that had sheared off leaving the air filter operating at less than maximum efficiency. Going the extra mile to check things out may have prevented a future expensive repair. They got me in and out quickly, at a more than affordable price. Thanks, Josh! More
