Best customer service I have had my 2007 RAV4 serviced here since I bought it in November 2017. It is extremely expensive to have your car serviced at any dealership. Espec I have had my 2007 RAV4 serviced here since I bought it in November 2017. It is extremely expensive to have your car serviced at any dealership. Especially when the transmission goes out on your vehicle and it cost about as much as what you paid for the entire vehicle about 6 months ago. What kept me coming back was the honest customer service Drew provided. I appreciate the time he took to listen to my needs and search for the answers to my questions in a prompt enthusiastic manner. Otherwise, I would have never agreed to pay these insanely high service prices. More

Fast, courteous, efficient service The local team was wonderful. My only suggestion would be regarding the call center service scheduling. I specifically asked to speak to my local dealership so as not to confuse my actual service needed with what has already been done since I have a very low mileage vehicle in my 3 years of ownership. They did not comply, guessed at what I needed and my expected expenditure quoted changed from $23.85 to $225.85 which cut into my budget extensively. It is important to me that my vehicle is well maintained to last me a long time. So... I used my vacation money to do the 3 year maintenance required. If I had been allowed to speak with my local service department, I wouldn't have been surprised by the extra expense and could have planned better. This caused me much difficulty in transferring funds on Saturday. More
