I was very upset First, your customer service person, I think his name is Seth, did an excellent job of dealing with me, especially when I became very upset. He informed me that my brakes needed replacing...which I knew. However, when he told me my extended warranty would not cover any of it I became very upset. I got the sacrificial monthly payment warranty because I am down almost to the poverty level...and not really "getting by." Thus, I was very disillusioned and distraught. I cannot afford $281+...so I don't know what I'm going to do. More

Quick fast service Came in for an oil change. Didn’t have an appointment. Was greeted immediately and wasn’t treated like I did something wrong because I didn’t have an Came in for an oil change. Instead, I got fast service (under 35min it seemed) and my car was ready, washed, and recommendations given about Service needs. Additionally, a plastic grill on front of car always seems to come dislodged and your techs even fixed and positioned it back where it needed to be. Great work! E More
