Brand new car, nail in tire and had to buy a new tire. They were not able to fix it. Had car for only 3 weeks and just 800 miles- I should not have had to buy a new tire already. Won’t use them for any More

We are sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to repair tires where the hole is too close to the sidewall, per Toyota and safety policies and there is no manufacturer warranty on non-defects. If you are interested, we can offer options for a tire and wheel package through Toyota that will cover punctures, curb rash, and other items. Please let us know your information privately if you would like a Finance Manager to reach out to you regarding these options.

Well it seems to me that they are just making excuses for not fixing the tire. First it was the hole was too big that his pinkie finger could fit through the hole. Now they say to close to the sidewall. We took the tire to another tire shop and they patched the NAIL hole in the CENTER of the tire were repaired and they put the tire back on my car for FREE.
