I have had my vehicle for 3 weeks in total. I’ve had to bring it in twice for a total of 6 days already. Arrived at NOON. Wasted time w/half-percent off negotiation & stalled financing w/our 800+ credit score. We begged them to let us go to make our 3 HOUR drive home. It was new moon & in pitch black a deer hit our car—could’ve killed us. Repairs still not done, now carfax has a wreck & trade-in will be less on this car. Didn’t get accurate sales contract & they called at 9 pm to get it back. Also said incorrect sales tax on sales order & wanted $300 more after deal complete! Just got tag today & sales tax says less than we paid. Only decent thing was we got fair trade-in $ for our old car. More
