I dealt with Kurt Salecker, a Express Service Advisor yesterday afternoon when I dropped the 4Runner off for scheduled service today August the 21st. Very knowledgeable gentle and was great to deal with. 4Runner was ready this morning and Mr. Salecker called me to talked about some other little things I had questions about. My Tundra is next for scheduled maintenance so will let you know how that works out. More
