I was very specific about what we wanted; he drove us around the entire lot; he helped us see the value and + of each used vehicle we were seeing and shared with us things we didn't know about the declining value of the truck we were trading! He is so kind and seemingly honest...a refreshing change! We were never pushed into trading...he just helped us see the good and bad, and we ended up with a beautiful used truck!
