However the Service Advisor, Kurt Salecker, gave me timely and sufficient information (to include an accurate estimated cost) that allowed for a quick decision on my part. In addition without my asking, Kurt secured a loaner car for me so that I could get work/personal items accomplished while the service/repair effort was completed. I feel that I was not only fairly treated with regard to my vehicles service/repair needs, but that Kurt went out of his way to provide outstanding customer service. More
