Service above and beyond My service was a tire rotation, however, as I was leaving the parking lot, a warning showed on my screen that my hood was ajar. When I could not close the hood myself, I went back to the service entrance to tell my service writer the problem. I asked him to show me where the hood latch was, which he did; however, he could not get the hood to close properly either, so he called a technician out to take a look. Between the two of them, they discovered there were two bolts missing. Juan, the technician, then replaced those bolts. Bottom line, they saved my life and probably someone else’s also. That hood had vibrated in a way that had made me uneasy ever since I had bought my Tacoma used at another dealer. I’m very thankful the problem was resolved and that the hood did not fly up in my face on the highway. Thank you, guys. Excellent service. More
