When I made the appointment for service, the person I talked with told me that the repair work In general the experience and service were very good. When I made the appointment for service, the person I talked with told me that the repair work would take about an hour, so I took the 3 pm appointment he offered. However, when I arrived I was told it would take at least 2 hours. I stayed to have the work done, since I was already there. If I would have known it would take at least 2 hours I would have made another appointment. Thanks for asking. More
