My review of my sales experience at Landers Toyota I bought my new Tundra at Landers during the height of the Coronavirus pandemic. I wore a mask and surgical gloves. I was a little apprehensive, but w I bought my new Tundra at Landers during the height of the Coronavirus pandemic. I wore a mask and surgical gloves. I was a little apprehensive, but when I walked into the showroom, I immediately saw employes wiping down tables with Lysol. They were wiping down desks, tables, chairs, and any place humans could touch. My salesman was not present. The dealership had developed a work plan of 1/3 of the work force off while the others worked and then reversed the schedule. I new what I wanted in a new tundra. However there were so many on the lot, another salesman (who works with my salesman) was asked to assist me. We looked at several trucks and then he suggested that we walk over to the back lot where the freshest inventory was parked. I found just what I was looking for. We went back inside and the salesman wrote up the deal just what I had asked for. The salesmangager approved it. I signed it and that was that. P.S. i thought we would haggle over the value of my trade-in. They gave me what I wanted. Printed up the paper work. I signed it and by that time my truck was cleaned and ready. A young man showed me all the bells and whistles, paired my phone to the truck and I was out of there. P.S. the only negative was because of the virus, the coffee machines were turned off. I am a coffee fiend, however one of the ladies (the popcorn lady) offered to make me a cup of instant coffee. (above and beyond) More
