Quick but through! Dustin provided me with all of the info I required to make my decision on-line. When I arrived at the dealership he had everything prepared to move t Dustin provided me with all of the info I required to make my decision on-line. When I arrived at the dealership he had everything prepared to move things along swiftly. I had driven 500 miles for this sale and Landers seem to be sensitive to all my needs. Starting with the friendly welcome in the parking lot and right inside the building. Dustin and Matt guided me through the paper work quickly then escorted me to where they had parked the new car inside a bay out of the weather. After examining the car they brought Josh in to explain and demonstrate all of the features of the car (very extensive). Josh answered all of my questions then escorted me back to Dustin. Dustin and Matt made sure that everything had been examined, checked, and explained. Then I was escorted to David who expedited the financial paper work. Dustin then escorted me back to the new car where Matt had already swapped the license plate from my trade-in on to the new car. They helped move my things out of my trade-in into my now new car and sent me on my way. Love doing business with Landers Toyota! More
