Landers Toyota I have consistently used Landers for my vehicle service since I bought it from them in 2011. I could get it done a little cheaper, maybe. But, service I have consistently used Landers for my vehicle service since I bought it from them in 2011. I could get it done a little cheaper, maybe. But, service is worth a little more to me. The staff is great and free coffee and a comfortable waiting area are worth it, plus the service is outstanding. I always get my truck serviced on my off days, so I don't know about their shuttle service, but I know they provide one. I can make an appointment on my phone and pull in the next day, and they are getting on it. My only annoyance, I can't really call it a complaint, is they emailed me regularly soon after I bought my Tundra to buy it back and sell me a new one. I can't really blame them for that. After all, Obama was the President then and the economy was terrible. More

Service Dept. I bought my Highlander Brand new from Steve Landers Toyota. I did take it back there for my oil changes the first couple years and service and staff I bought my Highlander Brand new from Steve Landers Toyota. I did take it back there for my oil changes the first couple years and service and staff was very impressive. Not sure what has changed but took it in today and service counter didn't even acknowledge me nor acted like they really wanted to. A lady at first computer after a little bit said someone will be with you and next person apparently was assistant manager and acted like yea come on I'll help you. wow Took it in both of my key fobs stopped working and my front headlight would not work after my husband tried just replacing the bulb. I told them in writing we had just replaced new batteries in key fobs. They tested key fobs and said they were both bad have to buy new ones. I elected not to at that time. Then said on my headlight I had a FUSE MISSING. HUH? My headlight and just gone out on Friday and by Monday a fuse is missing and all we did was replace a bulb in the headlight. Nothing made sense. Then I get the bill it was $262.00. They had charged even for new batteries in key fobs that they said were not any good when it had new batteries in them. Apparently takes them 3 hours to check key fob. The just of this is I paid $262.00 for a fuse that was supposedly missing and telling me both of my key fobs won't work. The headlight was working so I'm not sure what actually happened there. For regular Maintenance covered under Toyota Care sounds like by other reviews have done a good job for everyday things. Just not the same place More
