Chris Freeman did a great job. I asked Chris Freeman for a copy of a previous invoice, which he supplied and he had my auto serviced quickly and efficiently. I asked for an oil chan I asked Chris Freeman for a copy of a previous invoice, which he supplied and he had my auto serviced quickly and efficiently. I asked for an oil change. He also informed me that at 120,000 miles, normally my car would need a change of spark plugs. He provided an estimate and told me the amount of time to install the plugs. I didn't know this and was gratefully for the information. More

What I like about this dealership, especially on this sudden brake issue problem with my 2004 4Runner, is that the Service Department has the experience and skill level to quickly diagnose the problem, confirm it with the mechanic's oversight and order the needed parts and get the repair completed quickly and correctly.
