factory recall As always Toyota does wonderful service and has excellent ducstomet service EXCEPT..you had my car for a 7:30am appt that should've lasted 3hrs. I noted on overnight envelope I'd like car back by noon. At 1:30 I HAD TO CALL you to find out status....only to find out it was ready. It really irritates a customer to not be called when their vehicle is finished or not given an update on all that time when the car is getting serviced. Please do better with this small task of informing the customer when the vehicle is complete. You're not the only ones who service vehicles so we choose to go to you; however sadly enough, other service centers do the exact same thing--"forget" to call the customer More
