Friendly, Professional and Courteous I had a scheduled 9:00 am service appointment on my Highlander. Upon arrival, I was immediately waited on and my vehicle taken in for service. My Cu I had a scheduled 9:00 am service appointment on my Highlander. Upon arrival, I was immediately waited on and my vehicle taken in for service. My Customer Service representative was Kurt Salecker. He kept my informed of the progress of the service to my vehicle. Checked with me before replacement of the cabin air filters and met me at the cashiers office upon completion of the work. then walked with me to my vehicle to insure everything was to my satisfaction. I'm not sure what Steve would say, but I would say a job well done. More
