Enjoyable, efficient. The salesman, Roderick, was nice. I enjoyed my sales experience, both on the lot and inside Landers. I felt knowledgeable about my RAV4 when we were through. The individual treatment I received, as well as that of the people with me was outstanding. An overall good experience. Had to return a few days later to receive an extra key, air in a tire and to have my phone synced with the car and that visit was good as well. The only downside has been to learn I have no CD player!!!! You really should continue to have those in your cars for old people (I’ll be 71 next month) who are far less tech savvy than the younger group. We still make up a large portion of your clientele. More
