Drove from Hot Springs to Little Rock to get my car serviced I drove from Hot Springs to Little Rock because I wasn't happy with how I had been treated at the Toyota Dealer in Hot Springs. I needed normal 5 I drove from Hot Springs to Little Rock because I wasn't happy with how I had been treated at the Toyota Dealer in Hot Springs. I needed normal 55k service on my Prius and made an on-line appointment for 11am. I arrived about 10:45. The Service Drive was Busy, but I was greeted quickly and told I'd be helped in a few minutes. After a few minutes, I was helped by a Service Advisor. Since I was new to Steve Landers Toyota, my Service Advisor had to record some additional information about my car and me. He did that quickly, advised us on the expected wait time and let us know about the waiting area. Although they were busy, my car was serviced within the time frame quoted and there was not attempt to "up sell" un-needed services like happens at many Service Departments. I was very pleased with the service experience at Steve Landers Toyota in Little Rock and recommend them. I will be back. More

Great Experience I bought my Toyota Camry in Bowling Green, KY and I had zero issues getting my vehicle into their service dept. Even with the holidays they got me in I bought my Toyota Camry in Bowling Green, KY and I had zero issues getting my vehicle into their service dept. Even with the holidays they got me in the next day first thing in the morning. They not only provided me a ride to and from my job, but I was given a fresh hot cinnamon roll with coffee! Everyone was happy to help with anything and the man that took me to my job was very sweet and respectful. When I arrived 4 hours later during my lunch break my car was washed and under the bay ready for me to head back to work. Thank you all and I highly recommend Steve Landers Toyota! More

BEST EVER! Phillip Whitworth greeted us with the key to the carthat we had reviewed online. He was polite, respectful and considerate. The test drive went well, that means I didn't scare him. We returned to the dealership, talked about additional options on the vehicle, service, warranty and additional items available to add. I made an offer, it was accepted. I then spoke to Eric Turner, paid for the vehicle without any problems at all. Returned the next day and Phillip Whitworth transferred all my luggage from the rental vehicle to the new vehicle. Then, Josh Land, reviewed all the special features on the vehicle, explaining how to use them. I had a new phone and accidentally called 911 and sent an SOS to my emergency contacts. He remained calm (it was my fault 911 was called as I was using a different way to try to adjust the zoom) he reset my phone and we moved on with the detailed set up. Josh, was so very tolerate of my questions, and remained patient to the end with me. I could have not asked for a better experience. The staff was great! More
