Great car - poor salesman Let me start, I love the Avalon I got. I walked in knowing what I wanted, and I got it. Marcell was right at the door of my truck when I got out. He got the key I asked him to, and went on the test drive with me. Didn't ask any questions, didn't build any value. If I hadn't already decided to buy the car before I got there, theres no way I would have bought from him. Once I was out of finance, there was no delivery. He was trying to catch another customer, basically just handed me the key and said have a good day. Floorboards had dirt on them, and I had to drive through service to get my tires inflated, as there was a low pressure light lit. I was also fairly irritated that even though I bought Certified, there was only 1 key. More
