Do not bring your car here for service!! The Service Department here is a joke. I made an appointment for a tire rotation at 11:20 in the morning. At noon, my car was still in line to get int The Service Department here is a joke. I made an appointment for a tire rotation at 11:20 in the morning. At noon, my car was still in line to get into the shop. As a business, if you're running late, notify your customer. As you can imagine, after that, I was very heated being told that they were working on it. I told them to forget it, get my car out of the line and I would bring it to another shop. When I got my car back, they had already thrown up the new sticker, reset the maintenance reminder, and popped my hood. Luckily, the Camry hood latch must be pretty strong because it didn't pop up on the highway on my way back to work. Needless to say, I will NEVER be bringing my car here or suggest this shop for anyone I know. I'll be bringing my business to Caldwell in Conway. They're worth the drive because they treat people right. More

Good experience as always Angie was excellent, and Clifford in parts is an excellent help every time I am in the dealership.
