Buying experience We had been looking for 3 days for a Cadillac SRX to purchase. After talking to six dealerships I got a call from Sean Thomas at your dealership and We had been looking for 3 days for a Cadillac SRX to purchase. After talking to six dealerships I got a call from Sean Thomas at your dealership and I explained our needs. Being 2 hours out of town i wanted to make sure this was the right vehicle and we were preapproved before making the drive. At that time we had found a SRX elsewhere but was unsure if it was the exact vehicle we wanted. Sean made pictures of the vehicle and sent and did credit approval with us over the phone. He excelled in his follow up skills and was very quick and thorough with all questions we had from him. When we got to the dealership he was quick to welcome us and had the vehicle all ready to drive off the lot. It was much better of a vehicle than we had expected. Sean took us for a drive to ensure we liked the vehicle then proceeded with the paperwork. He got us into finance quickly and the finance manager was very nice to deal with. I have to say that it was due to Seans sales skills that we purchased at Landers and this was absolutely the best experience we have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to everyone and when the need arises again Sean Thomas will be the first salesperson i call. More

Maintenance time I came for my 20,000 mile warranty service. They were ready for my appointment time. Everyone involved are always very nice.
