Just another sucker once the deal is done. I found out how important you are once you buy from Landers and leave the lot. About three months ago me and my wife bought two vehicles from landers I found out how important you are once you buy from Landers and leave the lot. About three months ago me and my wife bought two vehicles from landers and oh boy they talked a good game while they was getting the deal done. It was drinks, food just whatever we needed. Then it happened two months after we bought her car the air went out. We called Landers made a appointment drove two hours to get there and when we arrived guess what we can’t work on your car it’s not a Toyota. Now keep in mind that with the existing warranty and also the over 3000 dollar warranty they talked us into they can’t work on a car they sold So after all that we had to set up an appointment with another dealership drive two hours back home then another two back up there and deal with Landers attitude of not our problem. Well we take the car to the other dealership and low and be hold what was we told this vehicle has been wrecked, a rat had chewed through the ac line and no warranty would cover it. Landers was called again basically said not our problem. So with a lot of nasty back and fourth we decided to trade the car back to Landers. Well to say the least that was short lived because the car we bought from them was worth 8000 less In twomonths then we paid for it. Now after all most a month and 350 dollars to the other dealership to tell us the car had been wrecked and a rat chewed most likely while it set on their lot it’s back at landers and it seems for two weeks they can’t put on a ac line. And another thing if you want to talk to the manger it ain’t going to happen. It will be he is not at his desk and leave your name and he will call you back. That’s just not true if you do get a call it won’t be him it will be someone he finds at the time to do it where he don’t have to. My advice if you buy from landers never mind your best bet is just don’t fall for the on the lot scam and carry your business down the road cause trust me things are not what they seem. It’s all about the sell nothing more. More

Took good care of us! Jim was excellent! We had a tire that has had pressure issues from time of sale earlier this year and ultimately failed. I brought the tire in and Jim Jim was excellent! We had a tire that has had pressure issues from time of sale earlier this year and ultimately failed. I brought the tire in and Jim took care of it. My 4-Star is because I was a bit miffed that we had to pay $33 because our Tire Insurance doesn’t cover the cost of a tire...but that’s really on sales not service. Jim made sure that they got the vehicle in, took care of swapping the spare with the new tire, and had my wife on the road quickly. Thanks! More
