You need to meet Chris Whitham I'm doing something here I've never done before about something I've never experienced before. I have bought a lot of cars but have never had such a good experience. Not until I met Chris Whitham. The entire experience was pleasant and easy. Chris was professional and knew his product. I've been in sales for over 30 years and I've always said I don't sell anything. People buy from me. There's a BIG difference. Nobody wants to be "sold" but everyone likes to "buy". Just a matter of how you position things. Chris was straightforward and unlike any car salesman I've ever met. He made it really easy to spend actually a little more money than I had planned to. I knew I wanted a RAV4. I wasn't sure about what options etc. I wanted. Chris asked the right questions to figure out what I wanted and needed. and found the perfect car for me. There weren't any on the lot so he had it brought in from another dealership. He found exactly what I wanted and gave me a fair price so I purchased it. Just that simple. Excellent customer service I was greeted by a service representative as soon as a drove into the garage. Jim was my representative today for service on two vehicles. He explained in detail the service that would be performed, answered my questions and gave me a cost estimate. Jim also had both vehicles waiting in the service garage for me instead of parking them outside since I had a broken ankle, and had difficulty walking with one crutch. I always have service performed on my vehicles at Landers Toyota because of the excellent customer service, and the technical knowledge of their Service Advisors. More
