The absolute worst service department in my experience as a car owner ever ! I have purchased 6 Toyota’s in the past 20 years and have bought 4 from Landers . I called for an appointment two days in advance a car owner ever ! I have purchased 6 Toyota’s in the past 20 years and have bought 4 from Landers . I called for an appointment two days in advance upon arrival I was told I possibly would have to wait 1 hour or longer . 2hours and 45 minutes later I got my cad with no explanation ! I love Toyota’s and will buy another but not from Landers! I will go to Orr or Caldwell for my next car !! Service is very lmportant !!! More
While in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation the service advisor told me that my front brakes needed new pads (2mm remaining on them). The advisor also said the back brake pads were good(7 mm thick service advisor told me that my front brakes needed new pads (2mm remaining on them). The advisor also said the back brake pads were good(7 mm thick). He gave this info to me in writing. On a return visit to get the front brakes done the advisor said I needed back pads because they were dangerously thin (2 mm). I paid for the front pads and took my Highlander to a independent brake shop. The back pads still have well over half the original thickness on them. I consider this bate and switch. SO beware when going to this service department for service. More

Service manager went above and beyond to solve a question of extra insurance I paid for. Initially denied but the manager called and resolved the issue and the damaged tire was paid for. Saved @$370.
