They had my vehicle in service for a month (Dropped off Dec 20). I've been calling, emailing and texting for updates. I think reasonable to ask you to call and update people. At no point was I given a $700 estimate until yesterday. I've spent nearly $1,000 in rentals over the past month. I could have just paid the 700.00. The manager then says they would never ask a customer to pay for a warranty covered part. I asked what are my options because I need my car and it's been a month. He replies: Pay for the repair or come pick it up as is. They kept my vehicle the whole time, did not work on it or order parts or even provide me an estimate or repair cost. All to just say just come get it, never an apology, never they'll reach out and try to fix it. Needless to say I went and got it next day. If you don't want to work on something just say it. Don't waste peoples time and money. More
