they take advantage of senior citizens I am 76 yrs old. had shopped on line looking at over 600 cars. found the one that I wanted. drove down from Morton. Tlkd to sales person Larry P. I was there for hours!! he said thy would give me $300 for my 1999 mercedes.. I said I didnt think so. larry said we will go ahead and fill out the paperwork and that way I wouldnt have to drive bk down to complete the sale. bc he knew that I would love my new 2007 pontiac soltrist..I left my car and drove off in the new one. I stopped at the rest area on the other side of world to call Larry. I left a message on his ans machine that I did not want to trade my mercedes in..he nor anyone else would return any of my 15 contacts that I made the nxt 2 wks telling them that I wanted my car back..I discovered that they had sold my 1999 mercedes for $2995!!! I'm still trying to fight them. I'm 76 yrs old and thus situation has worsened my physical condition..thy do not care I have contacted every person that I know trying to get help..someone please help me. More

Service department - appointment today, July 26, 2018 9am Due to a recall on the Jeep we set up an appointment for today at 9am. (coming from Lincoln IL). Was told this wouldn't take very long. My husband Due to a recall on the Jeep we set up an appointment for today at 9am. (coming from Lincoln IL). Was told this wouldn't take very long. My husband and 3 other patient ladies sat there for 3 hours. Come to find out the cars were done and no one notified them. This isn't the first rodeo we had with the service department. This is our first & last Jeep that we will own. I will recommend to not to shop at Landmark nor invest in a Jeep. More
