I would NOT suggest buying a vehicle from Landmark Dodge on Noland Road EVER! After purchasing my Jeep in November 2019 I still don't have things promised & issues resolved that my Jeep has nor any type of on Noland Road EVER! After purchasing my Jeep in November 2019 I still don't have things promised & issues resolved that my Jeep has nor any type of reimbursement for a slant back top I paid for that leaks like a river, has bad weather stripping and no defroster or wiper as promised on my original sale. After dealing with Johnie Narcise for over a year to remedy this, Johnie was recently removed from dealing with my Jeep so we went in to see owner Doug Fletcher Saturday & find out what was going on with Johnie being removed and with the weather stripping that was suppose to be ordered on 9-30-21. Before even entering Doug's office walking with him he said snotty jokingly "oh it's you two trouble makers twice and I finally said "no Johnie is the trouble maker" because he never gets things done & lies when we sat down at his desk. Doug said what do you want me to do? We said seriously "fix the issues" my Jeep has molded carpet etc from the top not fitting correctly and it leaks. Trying to explain that the top had been adjusted but the way the top was put on it won't adjust any tighter. Not only did Doug not listen, he dismissed me like he wasn't going to speak to me because I was a complaining woman. Doug kept cutting me off from speaking, nor did he care to look at the texts that I had showing the run around that I had gotten from his employee Johnie! He literally kept looking at my husband but ignoring me. I said you need to get me back a factory top if your not going to fix the issues that this top I bought from you has! Doug abruptly said "I'm not buying you a top, I'll sell you one! We said then fix the issues this one has, Doug said I'm not buying you a top.. So I said so "what I'm just "screwed" after the sale huh and the owner told me to get my "butt" out of his office! Then my husband stepped in and said don't talk to my wife that way! She is trying to explain things to you and you won't even let her even speak and then Doug got in my husband's face and said he was going to kick his "butt"! Doug then proceeded to call the police on us, yet he was the one threatening violence! This dealership is a freaking joke and what kind of owner behaves that way! They don't want to resolve things that were promised when I purchased this Jeep. My Jeep is still under warranty, as well as the slant back top. At this point who would want to work with this dealership after the owner threatens violence. To resolve this, all they have to do is replace the slant back top I paid for with the original factory top so I don't have to deal with this dealership anymore! Save yourself the headache, don't buy from Landmark! More
Was offered an amount for my trade over the phone and through the value your trade option. Talked to them numerous times on the phone. They finally talk me into coming in. (Took off of work early to do s through the value your trade option. Talked to them numerous times on the phone. They finally talk me into coming in. (Took off of work early to do so) Get there and they offer me 13k less for my trade. Asked for a manager. They said he was across the road in a certain building.. They did this with 3 different buildings. Finally he comes out of the first building I was at. At this point I’m boiling. I asked why they wasted my time. His response was….. Nobody asked you to come here. You came here on your own. Told him to kiss my xxx. He then tells me that “this couldn’t have happened to a nicer person”. More

The GM, Doug Fletcher@ Landmark Dodge (Noland Rd) was extremely rude, unprofessional and a complete xxx! He also boldfaced lied....very shady! Someone who represents the company did an amazing job of bei extremely rude, unprofessional and a complete xxx! He also boldfaced lied....very shady! Someone who represents the company did an amazing job of being ARROGANT and FOOLISH. Needless to say we walked out and never to return! We found another dealership- a much better deal on purchase & trade-in. More
Our salesperson named Melinda was great. She had everything ready prior to our arrival and made the test drive very informative and enjoyable. She helped us avoid a wait and didn't pressure us on buying things we didn't want. Purchase experience was good, in fact, until we got the vehicle home my wife was really pleased. I will say that some of this is our own lack of attention to detail but it really left a sour taste: 1) Mis vehicle home my wife was really pleased. I will say that some of this is our own lack of attention to detail but it really left a sour taste: 1) Missing headrests, never would have thought to look for those, in fact they're so expected to be there that I would never have thought to look specifically and the salesman made no mention 2) Gave my wife the impression their $1,200 dealer fee is to "get the car ready" but the vehicle was not even lightly cleaned, except maybe up in the front so that she wouldn't notice when she got in to take it home 3) Left the tank empty so she had to pit gas in it to even get it home, again, what is the $1,200 even fkr? More
Service center tries to push unnecessary items not needed and intimidate customers comming in for routeen services. A truck less than 2 years old they are saying the brake fluid is bad, this is a sealed syst and intimidate customers comming in for routeen services. A truck less than 2 years old they are saying the brake fluid is bad, this is a sealed system and only goes bad if the system is opened and contaminated, Landmark is the only ons to open the cap which does not contaminate it, they were trying to charge my wife over $1,000 in services not really needed and trying to scare her into doing the unnecessary repairs. We buy new vehicles every 2 to 3 years and have been buying from landmark ovet 15 years with 3 new vehicles in the past 2 years. We have reccomended Landmark to multple people, our good friend just bought a new Jeep and two of my employees have purchase vehicles within the past 6 months at Landmark. We will be looking at a new dealership as we do not appreciate the dishonest way in which we were treated and we will reccomend anyone we meet from buying at this dealership going forwards. More
Very little transparency. Deceitful pricing on website. Jacob Robirds in sales was rude. Asked Landmark to match it. Desk manager stated they wouldn't be included then called me back five minutes later and told me I had made a reasonable offer. Back and forth vague communications to get me to come from 3.5 hours away. GM called today and backed out of the deal. Glad I didn't step foot in this store. More
I was very pleased with the service provided me by my sales person and the entire management staff. You always want a cheaper price, but Land mark truly gave me a great deal and experience.
