I am retired now, so I looked from Jeff City to Kansas City to Springfield at all the dealers, not only did this dealership say they would match the price but they would beat it by $500..... when we went up to sign the papers and pick up the vehicles, it was not the written price they quoted and would not stand behind the written price and the salesman who gave us the written quote, that he got from the sales desk manager mysteriously disappeared, of all the dealers we went to in the area, this was the worst dealership of them all.... the sales manager was extremely rude and needs to be removed from that position More

I took my car somewhere else they was able to diagnose and fix the problem in less than an hour. The part and labor ran me about $488. Chrysler charged me $263 for a wrong diagnostic. More

Dakota in service has assured me the problem will be fixed and im giving the vehicle back to them today. And as of October 10th i got my car back and the noise is gone and she is running like a scalded dog again...Thanks again to Dakota for putting up with my initial lack of pacience and for his determination in successful resolving my problem.... And for anyone buying a new dodge ....when they offer an extended warranty....get it best $ ive ever spent.i paid $0 and had a loaner car longer than was due to me.Great customer service from Dakota in service department....
