WORST Car Shopping Experience I Have Ever Had The sales team tried pressure tactics, advertised features that were not available with the car they were showing me, showed the car with damage that The sales team tried pressure tactics, advertised features that were not available with the car they were showing me, showed the car with damage that was not mentioned on the ad, and would tell me one price then turn around and say a higher price. I called on Friday and made an appointment for between 5 and 6 pm so they could have the car ready for the test drive. However, they neglected to pull the car out and asked if I could come back on Saturday as they would be closing soon and did not have time to pull the car out. I returned on Saturday and test drove the car. The car drove fine but the sales guy did not exactly seem excited for a sale or interested in telling me about the car. I asked about the advertised sunroof that was not in this car and asked if they had shown me the wrong vehicle. He said this was the only type of this car they had and said "I don't put up the advertisements" and "sometimes mistakes happen." But he did not offer to add the features advertised into the price. Since I was already sitting at the desk inside, wanted that model of car and the price was under budget I almost purchased the car. The sales guy tried to prevent me from speaking with a family member to get their opinion on the purchase. To top it all off, after finally speaking with my family member, he knew he had lost the sale as he had put the car back in it's spot and and was assisting anther sales guy in parking cars around it. He then tried to keep my deposit check (that they required to run my credit and see if I could purchase the car). He stated that they would need the check to keep the vehicle from being sold while I thought about purchasing or while I test drove any other cars at their lot or another lot. He said I could come back on Monday after thinking it over. I finally got my check back and left the lot. More
Quick to sell a car, slow to follow up. Terrible service. I purchased a Jeep Patriot from the dealership in July of 2016 and the sales team was obviously very motivated to make a sale. After the sale I found I purchased a Jeep Patriot from the dealership in July of 2016 and the sales team was obviously very motivated to make a sale. After the sale I found that I had to track folks down for scheduling after market part installation, title and and everything else. I never received a single follow up call even after expressing my displeasure and frustration. The title paperwork was given to me two days before my temporary tag expired and at that I had to call the dealership constantly to inquire, had I not done this the installation of aftermarket parts that were paid for and the title would never have been taken care of. Totally unacceptable! I've never received worse service than I have at Landmark Dodge on Noland Rd. There are better dealerships to do business with, don't waste your time with this one. I like vehicle but that dealership is just terrible. More

I was sent to see R.J. in the used car section to see if he could assist me with finding a reasonably priced used pickup with all of the bells and whistles. I was shown a variety of vehicles, but the Dodge RAM 1500 Laramie that he showed me was exactly what I was looking for. R.J. listened to what I had to say and found me a fully loaded truck at an excellent price. He was a great salesperson! The finance manager, Mark, did a wonderful job also. He was determined to get me into that truck at a low price and made the whole process go smoothly for me. My sincere thanks to both he and R.J. for their wonderful customer service. I love my new truck! Anthony B More

He refused to service, under warranty, my 2015 Jeep and sent me down the road with Service engine, transmission, ABS, ebrake, Traction Control, 4WD, UpHill Start Assist, Dynamic Steering Torque assist, etc, etc.My dash was lit up like a christmas tree. Instead of taking care of the customer he decided it would be in the best interest of himself to tell me to get my "xxxxx" Jeep out of his "xxxxx" shop. This is the type of service you can expect from the worst dealership in the Metro Area. Check for yourself. My Jeep will never step foot in his "xxxxx" shop again! More

My jeep is in the shop and I was not given a loaner vehicle like I am accustomed to at other dealerships. I had to miss a day of work, which I can't. Do you realize what an inconvenience this puts on a family of 5. My wife just got a new job and with getting everybody to summer school and ME to work she was late TO HER NEW JOB! She discussed this with Doug and asked why loaners were not provided Doug got irritated at her and told us to get our car out of his shop! I was looking to possibly upgrade to a Cherokee Trailhawk and my wife really likes the Grand Cherokee. We will not be buying from you. There is nothing you can do. If you offered me a free Trailhawk I would tell you where to put it. The customer is always right. If it wasn't for us YOU would not be there. GOODBYE FOR GOOD! I am planning on writing to FCA and inform them of the unprofessionalism that is happening at one of their dealerships. There are too many options out there to put up with poor customer service! More

Had a great experience with him - showed me and my wife a few different cars and gave no pressure for us to go with any certain model. When we found one that we liked, he made the purchase process smooth and easy. I would definitely do another purchase from Landmark if John gets to help me out. More
Iconic slimy used car dealer experience Wow, I was thinking that only the complainers came here, so it couldn't be that bad - plus, I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted. They had it on thei Wow, I was thinking that only the complainers came here, so it couldn't be that bad - plus, I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted. They had it on their website and on several other car sales sites. However, I wanted to make sure because it is a 45 minute drive to get there, so I called - they asked for all of my information (including phone number) and asked about the car (was it still there, carfax report, owner, smoking, etc) - and the internet sales specialist told me it was there, she looked up the car in their inventory and the carfax was clean and it wasn't listed as smoker owned. I set an appointment to go see it within a couple hours. I was told it would be waiting for me and so would the sales person. They were aware of the exact vehicle and the time it took for me to get there. So, we arrive and are greeted by a sales person who then goes to find the person for the appointment (who was missing at the time). Eventually, I'm told, that car "sold last night" and they don't have it available. We were never called (they had my phone number) to tell us this, furthermore, they STILL have it listed on their site (and the other sites too, but it is still listed as available on their inventory). Everything about the process is sleazy, if you ever want an experience of the iconic "used car salesmen" just go here. Even after having detailed exactly what we're looking for, the sales person was attempting to offer us things that clearly weren't what we were asking for (3rd row seating, no we don't want a mini-suv without 3rd row, no we don't want a 2008, we're trading in a 2009 and asked for a 2013+) I get someone trying to find a match, but when someone is VERY specific on what they want, attempting to use the "come on, it isn't that different" line and offering you features you say you do NOT want, well, that is really slimy. Every other dealership we went to was significantly better in terms of service, personnel and their professionalism. More
Best car buying experience ever! John Link was wonderful to work with, so much so that we called him when we were ready to purchase a car. Very comfortable no pressure sales. For the service, the character, and honesty and professionalism of this dealership. Just moved back to the area after 35 years. Needed work on my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee. My experience was so satisfying. Dakota In the service department is an amazing young man. He walked me through this experience I was having with my car and was so polite and courteous. This young man made me believe that there is still good in a bad situation. Thank you Dakota. Thank you Landmark Dodge Chrysler, Jeep. More

Our salesman, Michael, made sure we only looked at cars that were in my price range and he stayed away from what I knew I wouldn't be happy with. He wasn't pushy at all and I felt like he showed us many options that worked for what I was looking for. Our salesman was nice and I didn't feel like I was pushed into anything. I was very pleased with how things happened and how I was treated. More
