Horrible service Landmark Dodge service dept has the worst customer service I've ever seen. I came in asking about service and very rudely told me next week. When I as Landmark Dodge service dept has the worst customer service I've ever seen. I came in asking about service and very rudely told me next week. When I asked for an estimate he said NO we don't give those. So I came back following Monday to a waiting room with hard chairs and no coffee (unless you wanted to pay for it). They charged me over $100 just to look at van, then came back to tell me it would be around $300 just to replace a wire under driver seat. OUTRAGEOUS!!!! It took them 2 hours to replace one wire. I'm now selling my van and buying Ford.....any Ford. More

Overall, i am very impressed and very grateful that they contacted me to get my Durango taken care of and how well they want there customers taken care of. I see no reason why i wouldnt come back. unauthorized repairs and accusations from service manager Took my vehicle in for a bad water pump to be repaired under extended warranty. Stan calls and ask me who broke the power steering reservoir and tried Took my vehicle in for a bad water pump to be repaired under extended warranty. Stan calls and ask me who broke the power steering reservoir and tried to reattach with epoxy. Epoxy was there when I bought the vehicle. This Grand Cherokee Overland was used by the dealership and had 3000 miles on it. Stan calls again about overdue service. He read the entire list. I answered "SERVICE ONLY THE TRANSMISSION" I arrive to pick up my vehicle and get hit with a bill close to $1000. I only agreed to a transmission fluid service. They are treating me as though I am lying about this. I lodged a complaint with Jeep, to no avail. They had a rep. from Landmark call me. he accused me of breaking the P.S. reservoir and lying about authorizing the repairs. I never complained when they got solder on my carpet when the Jeep was less than a year old. Took it in for the air bag light being on. Told it was a bad connector and had been repaired. Got a recall later that required replacement of this connector. I still have silver solder melted into the carpet, service manager just shrugged when I pointed it out to him and gave me an insincere apology. More
