I spoke with Rick Larson by phone before I came, and he had the car I was interested in pulled up to the building and all warmed up. He was excellent from start to finish. I have not been satisfied with my service at Landmark at all. The car has issues that I mentioned during the test drive. I was told they would be repaired before purchasing. They were not repaired. I called to inform the salesman that the repairs we not made and the salesman told me he had forgotten. He scheduled me an appointment to come in and have the repairs made. When I came in, no one knew what I was talking about and the salesman was not there. They finally got me in for repairs and my car was brought back to me. I was not given any information on what was fixed, and my car is still making noise. I was also promised a second car key which I have asked about several times with no answer. VERY disappointed in my car-buying experience. More
