She kept us informed of our vehicle's whereabouts--from its production and VIN assignment to its departure from the factory and arrival in Portland. On the day of delivery, she came early to finalize the sale and introduce us to our new car. After walk through with our car, she introduced us to the person who would "train" us in familiarizing ourselves with the car's features. Loved that we got cash back on the sale. More
Working with Landmark Ford and Diane Pohl was the best experience in car buying I've ever had! It is not convenient to spend time in the dealership as I negotiate what I want, but Diane and her team were experience in car buying I've ever had! It is not convenient to spend time in the dealership as I negotiate what I want, but Diane and her team were right there every step of the way giving me all the information I needed. What was great for me is, I never spoke with Diane until it was time to close the deal! My entire transaction was completed on-line via e-mail. Lot's of photos, questions and answers on my time, when I could participate; it was great! The experience at the dealership was equally as good, I was in and out of finance within 45 minutes, my truck was ready, Diane went over all the workings of the truck and truly provided excellent customer service.
