I deal with Sean at this dealership, and he is great and honest, however, the mechanic and whoever is writing up the needs of a car varies so much and is sometimes downright wild. I was recently told it would cost $1200 to do the rear shocks on my Honda civic, a quick google search shows oem parts are $200 and the job takes at maximum an hour with minimal effort and is very easy to do from a video online. Why on earth they would try to charge me this much is insane to me. I get dealers need to make money, but this was absurd, especially when they were willing to do a much more invasive job(hose replacement and coolant flush) at a much more reasonable cost. Honestly the only reason I am giving this dealer three stars is because of Sean being honest with me about timelines of when things actually needed to get done. Otherwise I would give this dealer a one star for trying to charge me an absurd amount of money for a simple job. More
