Al Adlan provided incredible service every step of the way. When my car wouldn’t start, he stayed on the call and walked me through the process to help diagnose the issue. When I arrived at the dealership, he talked through all the possibilities of what was causing water backup in the car and offered to check out what was causing it. This level of care and attention to detail is rare, so I’m grateful to the whole team that took care of my car issues. If you want your car not fixed the 1st time, and comes back filthy, and you have to clean up after they overspray 20% of your car, and want your email to service person ignored, and service manager unapol back filthy, and you have to clean up after they overspray 20% of your car, and want your email to service person ignored, and service manager unapologetic and comes out full of conjecture, then this is the dealership for you.
