Ron was actually great to work with. Unfortunately, his manager had no customer relation skills. We had an appointment to purchase a used car today with Ron. We had already test drove the car previously an manager had no customer relation skills. We had an appointment to purchase a used car today with Ron. We had already test drove the car previously and we had put some money down to "reserve" the car. We arrived today to purchase the car in cash. Unfortunately, his manager decided to sell the car this morning without communicating with us. Then we found out that our "reservation" was only good for 24 hours but that was not communicated to us nor to Ron. The manager was very unappologetic. He would interrupt us while we were attempting to talk to him. We also learned that our deposit (debit card) was never actually processed. I can only believe that this is done so the manager can sell the car for a higher price if he gets an offer. It was obvious that Ron was upset that his manager sold the car from under him. We never raised our voices but tried to have a civil conversation with the manager but he did not want to listen. I told him we were leaving and would not purchase a car from this dealership and he yelled at us saying, "I don't want to sell you a car ever!!!". Very professional. I have never purchased a car from Honda in the past and right now, I have no desire to ever go to another Honda dealership. I have discovered that this manager has done this to 2 other people this week!!! Most of the sales people (I talked to many outside to explain my frustrations) agreed with me and explained that the manager is a jerk. I also watched another customer get upset with the manager over the manager's attitude. The customer was about to purchase a car and the manager was giving him attitude about "stealing" the car for a low price and how the whole sale was stupid and ridiculous. The customer was upset at this point and was trying to cancel the deal. The most unprofessional and horrible customer experience I have ever had. More
After having very negative experience with a number of other local Honda dealerships, I searched online for a car that I wanted. Found one listed at Landmark Honda and emailed them. Received reply from other local Honda dealerships, I searched online for a car that I wanted. Found one listed at Landmark Honda and emailed them. Received reply from Prisque Domitille shortly. After a short exchange of emails, I was given a very competitive quote over the phone and I agreed to come to the dealership the following evening. Prisque even drove to pick me up at the metro station. There were no games/surprises. The quote I was given online was accurate and Prisque even negotiated 15k miles/year instead of 12k miles/year for me on my lease for the same $$s. I was not pressured into buying into any optional equipment, insurances, etc, etc. The whole process took about two hours, which was very decent. Prisque was very friendly and very helpful and so was the whole Landmark Honda staff I dealt with. Overall, a great experience, especially considering my prior experience buying cars in other places. Would definitely recommend this place to others. More
We walked in looking for a new CR-V and were met by Prisque, who was a joy to work with. She understood exactly what we wanted and was very knowledgeable about the different CR-V trimlines. We got a Prisque, who was a joy to work with. She understood exactly what we wanted and was very knowledgeable about the different CR-V trimlines. We got a great quote the first time around (even with extras--see below), so no major haggling necessary on price, which was a big plus. Staff were very attentive and responsive, and we walked off the lot with exactly the car we wanted. Only downside was the inclusion of an appearance package that we could not get out of (essentially to make up for the very low base price we were quoted), so if you get a quote from them make sure to ask if it includes both delivery charge and the "appearance package" for an apples-to-apples comparison with prices from other dealers. Our finance manager was pleasant at first, but became a bit pushy as the discussions went on and was using fuzzy numbers for our financing with the bank to make his offer look better. As with all dealers, just make sure that you have made a decision about extended warranty (and the rest of the extra stuff they try to sell you after you've agreed to the deal) and that you have run your numbers at home before you arrive. All in all, the pleasant sales experience with Prisque outweighed the less pleasant financing experience, so when you call, ask for Prisque! More
Had a great experience on July 3rd at Landmark Honda with Jay Bhanot. He's friendly and personable, his product knowledge appears to be quite good, and his selling approach is agreeably low-key. Importantl Jay Bhanot. He's friendly and personable, his product knowledge appears to be quite good, and his selling approach is agreeably low-key. Importantly, I did not have to struggle with him (or the business manager) to receive an offer price that I found reasonable; the first price he offered for the car I wanted was very competitive. For those reasons, he received my business. I will recommend him to my friends and family without reservation. More

We had been searching for a honda civic for weeks within our budget. In the last 2 days Mr. Hancock was the third sales person we met. He was by far the best and I would highly reccomend anyone searching fo our budget. In the last 2 days Mr. Hancock was the third sales person we met. I received friendly, informative service. I never felt pressured. I got a good deal on a used car. Mikhail is one of the friendliest, non-pushy car salesman I've ever dealt with. This is very importan pressured. I got a good deal on a used car. Mikhail is one of the friendliest, non-pushy car salesman I've ever dealt with. This is very important to me. Landmark Honda also lists their used cars on Craigslist which is great. I want to check out the selection before showing up. More
I came to Landmark to purchase my second Honda. I had a feel-good experience with Landmark the first time. This time was a bit different, though. We agreed with the base price after being told that, with u feel-good experience with Landmark the first time. This time was a bit different, though. We agreed with the base price after being told that, with used cars, we only pay for processing at $385. No freight, no delivery. Sounds good. After we negotiated for the base price, we were told that Landmark would "throw in the benefit of life insurance so, in case something happens to either me or my wife, the car would be paid off". Sounds free, so I said okay. Then we got GAP insurance because, the way it was explained to us, it seemed like a requirement. Papers were put in front of us and we signed really fast. I even joked that "I trust Landmark so much that I will not bother to read what I was signing, otherwise it would take us hours before we sign". We came home with a car we wanted. Then the surprises. As I was reviewing the contract, there was a charge of $695 for PDI. That's something I've never heard of. My research told me what it was - pre-delivery inspection. Why would I pay for that??? Logic tells me that, if Landmark certifies a used car, they would do their inspections as part of their quality control, service, and commitment. It was performed before the sale. Why pass the cost to the consumer?? What if I said I did not want to pay for PDI? Maybe, that's why they never told me about it during negotiations. Then there was a charge of $759 for life insurance. I said yes because I was told it was an added benefit. I have my own life insurance; I don't need another, especially if I have to pay for it. And, on top of that, the contract says that the coverage is only for me (buyer); my wife (co-buyer) is not covered. Then GAP insurance - contract clearly stated that it was optional. Again, I would have said no. I went back to the dealership to remove the life insurance and GAP. I did not get any cash back; credit would be applied to the principal, I was told. I hope that's true. On the cost of PDI, I was told I did not have a choice. My second experience at Landmark is exactly what car magazines / websites warn future car buyers about. I can't believe I allowed that to happen to myself. I guess I can't be too trustful anymore. What's sad is that I have made friends with some employees at Landmark. I believe my 3rd Honda (within the year) will not happen with Landmark. More
