Buyer Beware!!! I went to Landmark Honda for a new Civic because their advertising flyers promised a "fair price" and "the highest trade values in the D.C. area". They saw me coming a mile away and took me because their advertising flyers promised a "fair price" and "the highest trade values in the D.C. area". I discovered that their idea of a "fair price" is $MSRP + $635 destination fee + $385 processing fee + $600 dealer appearance package (wheel locks, mud flaps and pinstripes) + taxes, tag, etc. Their idea of "highest trade value" was to offer $1200 on a Civic trade-in with a Kelly Blue Book trade-in value of $3000, which they then listed for sale the next week for $6500. I got caught up in the process and ended up paying about $3000 more than I should have. During the process, their salesman taunted me by pointing out that I was listed in his email address book as a "Hot Prospect". When it was his turn, the sales manager insulted me by asking more than the high price the salesman had quoted. Finally, the finance guy treated me with an air of contempt at being so stupid as to agree to the deal. More
I like the friendliness and the professionalism that the service staff at Landmark Honda gives. It has been my experience that when you take your vehicle in for any kind of service, it is done right the fi service staff at Landmark Honda gives. It has been my experience that when you take your vehicle in for any kind of service, it is done right the first time. They also allow access to the mechanics working on your car. You can tell the mechanics enjoy what they do. In fact, if you are a repeat customer, they always are seeking feedback on your service visit and encourages their customers to write about it online - something that has never happened in a dealership service department I have ever gone to previously. I recommend anyone to shop this dealer as I was able to save about $700 from the last quote. I did all this online and they are very accomodating in helping me get the information I needed. I went to Landmark Honda and the exact vehicle that I received a quote on was there. I got the exact price and the car I wanted and the entire thing took liss than an hour. More
Brought my 2003 Honda Odyssey in for an electric seat problem. Found a breaker problem. Thoroughly tested it, and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Did a check for other service required. My girlfriend and I went because of the low OTD internet price quote and because the reviews on price elsewhere on the internet suggested that they were flexible. We went in and asked for the salesman who had quoted us the 18k OTD just a few days earlier, which we were planning to negotiate down. We went on a test drive and then went back to his sales desk. He asked us if he had quoted us a price, and then spent a few minutes looking at it. Then he said prices had increased and he needed to check with his manager. He came back with 19,300 OTD. I told him that this was unacceptable and to go back to his manager. He asked us if we would buy the car today if we got the price and financing we liked. I told him whether or not we purchased a car today would depend on the price and financing. Then he wrote some contract saying if we liked the price and financing we would buy today and asked us to initial it before he went to his manager. Clearly BS and on top of the 1,300 price increase, I was pissed. I refused and told him to go to his manager. He did, and came back with the same price. He said they weren't lowering the price because the Civic was in such demand. He then asked me to give him a number. I told him to get in the ballpark before I even started to negotiate. He refused and we decided to leave. Then he begged us to stay to talk to his manager. The manager explained that recent higher demand meant higher prices. Well, that's all well and good, but your OTD offers should reflect that. Clear example of low-balling. My overall impression of the place is that they are Scum. I recommend avoiding the place. I also recommend avoiding Iqbal. He seemed pretty cool at first, and then my opinion of him dropped to levels I don't think the terms of use will allow me do describe with the appropriate vocabulary. Landmark Honda replaced the brake pads on my Honda accord just recently and the experience was a good one. My 2005 accord was just turning 55,000 miles when it started squeeking. I took in to Landmark Honda and they informed me that it needed brakes. Fortunatly I did not have to replace the rotors on the car. The fixed my car the very same day and the brake noise are gone and the car feels like the day I bought it. I may be in the market for a new car soon and I will definitley put Landmark Honda on the shopping list. More

MY $7,000 down payment was gone for some disablility Insurance that he got paid for and I did not ask for. PLEASE BE CAREFUL EVERYONE. DON'T GO TO THAT DEALERSHIP AT ALL. Buying the car was easy enough, but when it comes to service after the fact this place is terrible. They did not respond to email inquiries about my registration. Two days before my plates were expired, I called again and they said the plates were in (duh!) But nobody ever called me. I also needed floor mats for my car which I didn't even want to buy in the first place, and they weren't in. I had to come back for them. When I came back, they were out of stock I had to put in a request. I never heard back, they never answered emails. I called and they said there was no record of floor mats requested by me but they had some in stock. I'm going there tomorrow so we'll see if they are there. All and all this place is pretty crappy about communicating after they have sold the vehicle. I am really irritated and I wish I would have bought my car at a different dealership now. It is a new car, so the car is fine but it has been a great deal of hassle with these loose ends. Also, I am worried that because my car is under dealership warranty that if something goes wrong - how long is it going to sit in their shop? I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone More
I went in today to purchase my new Accord V6 EX-L from the internet salesperson at Landmark Honda, VA. I had already agreed to a price via email of $200 below invoice on this car with no processing fee, and no appearance package, but when I'd asked for that to be confirmed in writing they backed away from that deal and started pushing just invoice price and then they could waive the other fees and packages. I smelled a rat but was willing to buy at that price still. Anyway, I went in today to do the deal and I'm told by the sales person that the manager who authorized the price of invoice + TTL was out and the current manager wanted the $299 processing fee and the $495 appearance package. They refused to honor their own deal and in a matter of a day they pushed up the price on the car $1,000. All the managers there and the internet sales person I dealt with are crooks. They are out to con the customer. I was disgusted by how they treat their customers. If they weren't going to sell me the car at the negotiated price they should have never offered it to me. Nobody forced them to offer $200 below invoice or even invoice for that matter. Buyer beware of Landmark Honda, VA. They are out to scalp you. They are very arrogant and rude and I'm taking my business elsewhere, to a dealer that isn't full of bs and out to con their customers. More

The only recommendation I would provide for Landmark Honda is to drive past the dealership. More
