He epitomizes what I believe to be a great sales person, primarily because he put my interests first, and worked with me to find the right vehicle and to structure a deal that created mutual value for me and for Landmark Honda. Jay took the time to understand my purchase motivations, who would be driving the vehicle and what was important to me as a driver but also as the parent of children who would also be driving the car. He suggested features that would be relevant and valuable, as well as pointed out items that may not be relevant for me. The approach he took showed no self-interest and put my family first. As a result, he earned my trust. Not only would I go back to Landmark Honda, I would specifically go back to work with Jay Bhanot ... he made the experience excellent and his colleagues at Landmark enabled him to provide an excellent experience. Great experience - no hassle buying! Me and my wife came to Landmark Honda to explore Honda Civic Coupe Touring - we have a very specific make/model/color in mind. Patrick who worked with Me and my wife came to Landmark Honda to explore Honda Civic Coupe Touring - we have a very specific make/model/color in mind. Patrick who worked with us first, was very pleasant to work with. Once he understood what we were looking for, he did not try to dissuade or persuade us to look at other cars. We went for a test drive and a few things did not work out as expected for me during the drive. On asking Patrick mentioned he was very new and profusely apologized for not knowing the answers. We assured him, it's totally fine. As soon as we got back,we meet another sales person - Jay Bhanot. And he exactly knew the answers to our questions and very quickly we understood what/why I was not seeing some of the features. We were very satisfied with Jay and on getting inside, both he and Patrick got to work very quickly/efficiently to get us setup. It was a pleasant experience. I would recommend this dealership for anybody in the market for a new car. As always, do your research, firm up what you want. As car buyers you owe that to yourself and the Sales team can then assist you in answering anything else that's needed. More
